Ich hätte schon längst das aktuelle Farmland voll finanziert. Aber solange ich nicht alle Landanteile auf dem Zweitmarkt anbieten kann halte ich mich vorerst zurück. Kann Laukalaane, Mäe und Kibuvitsa überhaupt nicht auf dem Zweitmarkt anbieten, obwohl in meinem Portfolio. Weder in der App noch in der Desktop Version. Scheint ein Bug zu sein. Alle voll finanzierten Länder sind zur Zeit auf dem Zweitmarkt handelbar, nur das noch nicht finanzierte natürlich noch nicht. Ich meine aber Länder wo ich bereits Angebote von anderen auf dem Zweitmarkt sehe, Länder welche auch in meinem Portfolio sind, welche ich noch nicht zum Verkauf gestellt habe, die aber nicht in meiner Liste der verkaufbaren Anteile auftauchen. Ich habe den Bug auch schon vor Wochen gemeldet. Ich habe nur investiert weil ich davon ausging das ich die Möglichkeit habe alle Landanteile zum Verkauf anbieten zu können. Wenn das nur ein vorrübergehender Bug ist ist alles ok. Und das ein Start Up auch mal länger braucht um Probleme zu lösen ist auch verständlich. Über die App kann ich aber alles verkaufen. Bug. Bei mir ist es umgekehrt Im Browser finde ich mehr meiner Länder zum verkaufen als in der App. Aber immer noch nicht alle Länder. Manchmal stelle ich ein Teil eines Landes zum Verkauf und will dann einen weiteren Teil vom gleichen Land zum Verkauf stellen, aber dann ist das ganze Land auf der Liste verschwunden. Ein Punkt war der Fokus "LandEx aims to focus its marketing efforts on the French-speaking market first, then on the rest of the EU countries (Scandinavia, Spain, Italy, Poland...)." Hier orientieren sie sich an dem großen Anlegermarkt speziell Frankreich und Benelux, die auch bei EG* z.B. eine große Gemeinschaft stellen. Dies "French-speaking market first" gilt nicht für den Farmland-Markt. Der wird dort gesucht, wo die Regulierung es leichter macht die Transaktion durchzuführen; speziell wohl Belgien und Spanien evtl. Skandinavien. Start wohl eher Spanien. Sie brauchen natürlich erst einmal eigene MA in den Ländern zum Start. Ist evtl. interessant für Euch.
