Banking scandal in Latvia

It has been a devastating week for the Latvian banking industry. The 3rd largest bank (ABLV) went under water ( https://www.bankingsupervision.europa.eu/press/pr/date/2018/html/ssm.pr180224.en.html ) and another bank (https://www.delfi.lv/bizness/bankas_un_finanses/pec-rimsevica-preses-konferences-no-norvik-bankas-iznemti-43-miljoni-eiro.d?id=49780127) is rumored to be suffering from the outflow of funds due to a press conference of the Head of Latvian central bank, who is claimed to be involved in bribery criminal case.

Mintos has been silent on these issues. I know that the company has an account with Paysera, but Paysera, being a small e-payments provider, can have correspondent accounts with ABLV and other banks in Latvia.

Lets discuss this issue.

P.s. Without any statement from Mintos*, I personally have cut my exposure and withdrawn about 80% of my investments.
