Hi,
heute kam bei mir seit langem das erste mal etwas aus den Pendings von ID Finance Mexiko zurück.
Und dann auch gleich ein ganz ordentlicher Batzen!

Hi, ja bei mir auch.
Hatte zwar nur noch 3 Kredite mit einem Hauptbetrag von gesamt 30 € + 0,72 € (Zinsen + Verzugszinsen) bei ID Finance Mexico ausstehend. Aber davon sind nun heute 33,333..% zurück gezahlt. Sprich 10 € (Tilgung vom Hauptbetrag) + 0,08 € (Zinsen) + 0,16 € (Verzugseinnahmen). |

The transaction includes both a primary capital infusion and a buyout of shares from the company’s early investors. The capital injection is structured as a convertible loan with a maximum valuation of €235M.
The capital will be invested into the organic growth of the business with a focus on the roll out of Plazo, the company’s flagship financial wellness app, both in Spain and Mexico. Given the strategic importance of the initiative, co-founder Boris Batine will assume the role of CEO of Plazo.

Die Pendings liegen bei ID Finance auch nur noch bei 11 Mio. €.
Höhepunkt waren einmal 19,2 Mio. €.
Die Zinsen gehen bei Mintos* aktuell maximal bei 16% bei ID Finance. Leider nur Kurzläufer.
Ich nehme mal an das jetzt die pendings weiter sinken werden und eventuell die Zinsen auch.

| Heute sind von ID Finance Mexiko die nächsten 33% zurück gekommen. Somit sind bei mir bereits insgesamt 66% zurück gezahlt worden. Das sieht schon mal positiv aus. |

As you know, in December 2022, ID Finance and Mintos* had agreed on an updated repayment schedule for the lending company’s restructured payments. ID Finance Spain has already started processing settlements in tranches. The company has to pay the remaining €3.6m by the end of April 2023. This means the final date for covering the restructured payments will be extended by one month.
ID Finance Mexico has experienced a delay in onboarding one of the new investors. As a result, the company has to transfer €150k in April, May, and June, and the remaining amount of €4.65m in July 2023. The final date for covering the restructured payments (31 July) remains the same as before.
The increased interest of 1.4x the base interest rate on the outstanding restructured payments remains unchanged.
Considering that ID Finance has already substantially reduced its restructured payments and completed the agreements with two new investors, we remain confident that this is the best course of action, and that the lending company will be able to fully honor its obligations while investors will be compensated adequately. |

Scheinbar kaufen sie bevorzugt die überfälligen Kredite jüngeren Datums zurück, daher steigen die average days pending sprunghaft an. (https://beyondp2p.com/loan-originators/id-finance)
Ist natürlich doof, dass die Investoren, die bereits am längsten gebunden sind, weiterhin warten müssen. |

| Bei mir sind heute die letzten ID Finance Mexiko Kredite aus dem Vorübergehende Fälle zurück gezahlt worden. Somit 100% zurück erhalten + die versprochenen erhöten Zinsen. |

Hi,
bei mir sind heute alle Overdue Kredite von ID Finance Spanien zurück gezahlt worden die ich noch hatte.
Mexiko ist noch ein bisschen was offen.

Warum sind die Zinssätze für einen Monat (14,5 %) und 3 Monate (9 %) so weit auseinander? Die 3% Cashback für 3 Monate+ gleichen das nicht aus, oder (es gibt 0 bis 6 Zeitplanverlängerungen)?

Ja noch ca. 5 Millionen €.
Allerdings gab es sehr gute Fortschritte. Von knapp 20 Mio. € ausstehende Zahlungen runter auf 5 Mio. €
