We proudly announce that EstateGuru has made the repayment of the first loan (Pae 2) in full to investors Yesterday 19.05.2015.
We will increase the interest rate paid during the syndication period from 6% to 11,25% from 20.05 for Pakri project. We have found potential anchor investors for Pakri Science and Industrial Park loan application and EstateGuru will pay additional 1% interest for investors, who will invest more than 10 000 € into the Pakri project. EstateGuru is taking account also invested amounts before 19.05.2015.
