Na ja, die Fristentransformation werden sie wohl nicht ausschliesslich mit Estateguru* und nicht ohne Absicherung machen.

Ich weiß dass es nicht so funktioniert. Deshalb hab ich ja "überspitzt" geschrieben.

He added that he is optimistic about the market's development prospects, but that it will still take time to return to the volumes of a few years ago.

According to Stamm, the increased interest rates have also brought higher returns to investors participating in crowdfunding. "Last year, the average annual return of our investors was 8.62%, while the corresponding figure for the first quarter of this year was already 9.56%," he said.

Estateguru’s assets under management stood at 295 million euros as of the end of the first quarter, which is 16% more compared to the previous year. A total of over 156,000 investors have joined the Estateguru* platform since its launch, financing loans secured by real estate for more than 700 million euros.

He further indicated that the use of the automated investment option increased 49% when compared to the previous year.

According to Stamm, all parties have by now accepted the changes that have taken place in the real estate and financial fields over the past year. "We have seen a rapidly growing interest from borrowers, which is largely driven by the significantly increased interest rates on development loans offered by banks, and this is coupled by the renewed desire of small investors to invest money in new projects," said Stamm. He also emphasized the fact that all loans are guaranteed first priority in favor of Estateguru* and secured with a mortgage.

In response to the current macroeconomic climate, Estateguru* has adjusted its strategy by focusing more on bridge lending with existing, performing borrowers. To reduce concentration risk, the maximum limits for development loans have been lowered. Additionally, the company remains dedicated to continuously improving credit policies, underwriting practices, and portfolio management, aiming to achieve an institutional-grade standard.

Beeindruckend - ganze 9%. Warum nochmal sollte man bei Estateguru* investieren? 9% wirft jede brauchbare BDC ab - auch die eine oder andere Preferred Share. Da sehe ich das Ausfallrisiko als deutlich geringer an als diese ganzem Scam-Projekte die sich Estateguru* einfach nur schönrechnet.
