Gerade die Ankündigung bekommen. Muss ich mir nachher noch im Detail anschauen

The marketplace allows investors to register interest in buying shares in a high-growth business and if buy and sell-side demands are met, Crowdcube will offer managed, company approved secondary events. Primary and secondary raises can be facilitated for a company at the same time if certain criteria are reached.
This is the beginning of an extremely exciting phase of our growth, which will help founders of European businesses reward early investors and key members of the team while simultaneously enabling their customers and retail investors to own shares in high-growth businesses they believe in.

Lese ich anders. Es heißt doch, dass man angeben kann, ob man die Anteile mit Vergünstigung oder Aufschlag veräußern möchte. Habe das Ganze zum Spaß auch gerade mal durchgespielt, es besteht ausdrücklich die Option mit Aufschlag zu verkaufen. Wie liquide das ganze ist, steht natürlich wieder auf einem anderen Blatt Papier. |

Ja abwarten. Natürlich kann der Preis hochgehen. Aber ich lese das so dass alle die zum selben Zeitpunkt verkaufen auch den selben Preis bekommen. Also keine indiviudellen Auf- oder Abschläge. Ich stelle mir das so vor dass es quasi ein Verkaufsevent/listing für die secondaries gibt.

| Sollte der Zweitmarkt tatsächlich komplett anders funktionieren als bei Seedrs* wird es interessant sein was so alles innerhalb des rechtlichen Rahmens machbar ist und was man bei Seedrs* dazu sagt. Im Prinzip bügelt Seedrs* Verbesserungsvorschläge ja gerne mit "ist dann aber kein schwarzes Brett mehr" ab.. Vom Gefühl her würde ich vermuten, dass CC ein gegebenes Regulierungsumfeld aggressiver auslegt weil sie allgemein eher einen heißeren Reifen fahren. |

Da stimme ich zu.
Allerdings läuft es doch ähnlich. Bekundungen von Verkaufs- und Kaufinteresse. Erstmal beides unverbindlich. Denke das erfüllt die Bulletin Board Bedingungen.
Ist aber alles viel rudimentärer implementiert als die Seedrs* Lösung.
Ich hab auch probeweise mal ein paar Shares meines wenigen Startups die via Crowdcube finanziert wurden als verkaufsinteresse gelistet.

Grad ein bisschen mitrumgespielt. Expression of interest mit 400% Premium geht nicht. Mit 99% Premium schon. Etwas restriktive Grenzen programmiert.
Ich hab jetzt einfachmal ein paar Buy und eine Sell Expression eingestellt nur um auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben, falls sich was tut

Hab heute das erste konkrete Angebot zum Verkauf von Shares, die ich halte, via Cubex bekommen. Ist für mich allerdings nicht attraktiv.
