Die Zinsen auf Estateguru* zeigen nach unten, ausser vielleicht für die deutschen Projekte (wo ich erstmal nicht investieren will). Daher habe ich mir überlegt, nach längerer Auszeit wieder bei Crowdestate* einzusteigen.
Es ist jedoch um die Plattform hier im Forum sehr ruhig geworden, und ich kann daher schlecht beurteilen, wie es da gerade läuft.
Wie laufen denn die Immobilien-Projekte zur Zeit allgemein - gibt es viele Ausfälle, oder hält sich das in Grenzen?
Und wird man ggf. die Projekte mit verspäteter Zahlung gut wieder auf dem Zweitmarkt los? |

Auf dem Zweitmarkt gibt es Gebühren, da läuft nicht mehr viele und ausgefallene sind nicht mehr handelbar.
Mich hat eigentlich nur baltic forest erwischt, die aber ordentlich.
Ich würde da eher nicht einsteigen. Die Zinsen fallen genauso.

ch hab noch 400€ in einem ausgefallenen Projekt, ansonsten bin ich raus.

Hat sich leider bewahrheitet. Nicht dass ich da noch groß am Investieren bin, aber das Rückzahlungsverhalten lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Loan will be secured by a 1st mortgage on the property, the market value of which is 485,000 euros according to the attached valuation report. The property has been appraised by the leading real estate appraiser Tinsa. LTV of the project is 65%.
Loan interest is 13% p.a. and interest is payable as a bullet at the end of the loan period. Loan period is 12 months, plus a one-time extension of up to 6 months. Interest rate is 15% p.a. during the extension period.

Mir sendet Crowdestate* gestern und heute Emails mein Account sei inaktiv, ob ich Probleme mit der Eröffnung habe.
Ich soll meine Handynummer checken (ist korrekt) oder mich an den Support wenden. Hab ich gemacht.
Bekommt ihr diese Emails auch? Oder habt ihr die SMS bekommen die vorher angeblich verschickt wurde?

Hab ich so befolgt und funktioniert auch. SMS kam und bestätigt.
Allerdings ist die gelbe Warnglocke noch im Account, aber vielleicht schaut ja noch jemand im Backend drauf und gibt das manuell frei.
Ist aber blöd erst die Inaktivitätsemails zu verschicken und danach irgendwann erst die Anleitung
